The biggest problem we have run into with mechanics is, they don't make sense and they leave you feeling like your getting hustled. We will show to you why the repair is necessary, without a doubt and we will only charge you the dealers book time for the repair. Unless there is extenuating circumstances or no book time is available for the job.
We understand that sometimes things don't perform as they should and that mistakes can be made by the best of us. We offer a 12 month/ 12,000 mile (whichever is first) warranty on all of our work.
